Ed eccoci here to tell this great marathon two days undertaken to participate in the VI th International Model NORTHEAST held in Udine in the days 24-25-26 September 2010.
Our adventure began Friday morning at 8:00 at home by myself where the car of our beloved President is like a loaded truck Veritas:
The trip together always passes fast and arrived in Udine find the location of the exhibition was very easy and in this regard I must say that the choice of '' former movie theater in the OND Railway was in my opinion, a winning choice as easy to find, molto capiente per quanto riguarda l'esposizione e vicina alla mensa dei ferrovieri dove con pochi euro abbiamo mangiato meglio di un ristorante.
I tavoli non erano ancora pieni ma ciò che si notava subito era l'elevato numero di figurini nonchè l'eccellente qualità degli stessi e quindi una lotta durissima per chi partecipava a questa categoria, fortunatamente noi no ^__^
Domenica la partecipazione alla mostra/concorso è stata elevata nonostante la concomitanza con la Mostra di Novegro e la presenza di grandi modellisti ha dato un elevato prestigio e soprattutto un'alta qualità dei modelli esposti. Basti pensare ai capolavori di Andrea Vignocchi, a quelli dei fratelli Viviani del Club San Giusto di Trieste, figures for boys 4 Sails in Padua as well as the great ship of gold Padoan now all exhibitions. The only flaw the almost complete absence of models in the Junior category. We've done our part by bringing the models boys YOUNG TANK Mestre all rewarded with a medal that we hope will be an incentive to participate in the upcoming exhibitions.
So you could say that the end was a nice experience if it were not for some complaint cultured in the room for some models awarded by the jury, in effect when you "wasted" a lot of time in building our own model and then to an exhibition is awarded a ciofeche definitely something for us we rode in, I can only say that this is part of the game even if the category E6 - Figurines Beginners was awarded a figure made by Leonardo Da Vinci immediately after you finish the Mona Lisa;)
Controversy aside we return home with a Silver in the category AIR 1:72 scale and lower from its origins to 1945 and a bronze in FANTASY.
